The invoices now fit and lineup within a standard #9 double window envelope. Both the return and mailing address will appear in these envelopes, so you don't have to print labels or write anything on the envelopes.
The Closed status is now independent from Job/Service Status.
The new Close Job button will appear when you're viewing a job, at the top right next to the Edit button. This will close the job and remove it from your open jobs, as well as keep the final Service Status of the job.
The Open filter is now the default filter when viewing the list of jobs.
It all depends on your workflow. Some people close jobs after a serve. Others wait until their client has approved, or a court date has passed, or maybe once payment is received. When you want it to stop appearing in your list of Open jobs(basically your todo list), then go ahead and close it out.
Once you've saved an affidavit, the option to Email will appear. The recipient(s) will receive a link to the affidavit which they can print or save as a PDF. The feature is ideal for off-site employees who can now print and sign the affidavit from anywhere.
Additionally we're working on a feature to allow for emailing the final signed affidavit to your client. Expect to see a post here when that and other new features are released.
A search field has been added to the Receivables tab, so you can search invoices by:
Documents and attachments added to jobs are now available to be viewed and opened on your smartphone. Some smartphones and tablets even allow printing to Bluetooth devices.
You can now delete companies, though we suggest only deleting companies created in error. Associated jobs and invoices will not be deleted, and the company name will still appear on those jobs and invoices for your records.
Now when you create a new job, and set one of your employees as the process server, that employee will receive an email notification with a link to the job.

Invoices were lacking job details and context for both you and your client. So, the following job details have been added to invoices so it's easier to identify the corresponding job:
When using the job search field to search for a job number, there was a bug with the results being returned. The bug has since been fixed, and searching for a job number now works as expected.
