Announcing ServeManager “Accountability Report”, Evidence-Backed Process Server Tracking and Reporting

Raising the Bar for Service of Process Transparency and Accountability

Given the increased scrutiny on the process serving industry and the importance of compliant service of process, the ability to provide clear, professional, and verifiable documentation to the courts, your clients, and other stakeholders is no longer a “nice to have”, it’s expected, especially if you are handling landlord-tenant, foreclosure, and debt collection cases.

That’s why ServeManager is proud to introduce Accountability Report, a new tool built to give your clients what they want most: confidence in your work and transparency.

What is ServeManager Accountability Report?

ServeManager Accountability Report is a professionally formatted report that delivers detailed insight into each attempt at service of process, what happened, when, where, and how. With just one click, you can generate a report that includes:

  • Case and party details
  • Process Server assigned to the job
  • Service recipient information and address
  • Dates, times, and outcomes of service attempts
  • Photos of the service location and surroundings (service location, vehicles, entry points, or other identifying features)
  • GPS location data
  • Mobile Device data
  • Result of the service effort(s) (e.g. personal service, non-service, no answer)
