Desktop Site for Limited Users

Limited users can now access the Desktop Site, while maintaining the same permissions and features as before. Only the Jobs menu will appear in the left sidebar navigation, and only jobs assigned to them will appear within the Jobs menu. Limited users can view and print Field Sheets from the desktop site.
