New Feature: Sharing Individual Uploads

You asked and we have delivered! ServeManager's newest feature allows you to manage the visibility of individual uploads. Now you can choose what uploads you would like to make visible to collaborators, and also notify collaborators that an item has been uploaded.

You can begin using this new feature today—you will just need to be collaborating with the client or the server. When you open a job and select the upload file button, you can choose if the uploaded file is a document to be served or a miscellaneous attachment. If you select miscellaneous attachment, you can choose whether or not to make the item visible to collaborators (documents to be served are always visible to collaborators). You can also email a link to the job with a message.

If you upload files while creating or editing the job, you can still control visibility. Simply save or update the job and select the share link associated with each upload.

When the share link is selected, you can share that individual upload just as you would share an attempt or affidavit.

You can even select default settings, just like service attempts, notes and affidavits. Go to your settings page to make these selections.

Please note: You will need to be collaborating with the client or server assigned to the job in order to use these features.
