Now when you create a new job, and set one of your employees as the process server, that employee will receive an email notification with a link to the job.

Job Details on Invoices

Invoices were lacking job details and context for both you and your client. So, the following job details have been added to invoices so it's easier to identify the corresponding job:

Job Number Search Fixed

When using the job search field to search for a job number, there was a bug with the results being returned. The bug has since been fixed, and searching for a job number now works as expected.

Client Job Number

By popular request, we've added a Client Job Number field to jobs! If your clients have their own job reference number, you can enter it per job. The Client Job Number will be displayed on jobs, affidavits and invoices, making it easy for you and your clients to communicate.

Delete & Restore Employees

You can now delete employees. A list of deleted employees can be viewed by clicking Show deleted users at the bottom of the page. Deleted employees can be restored by clicking the Restore link.

Employee Permissions

We've introduced four levels of employee permissions. Owners are the only users who can edit permissions.

  • Owner (Full Access) → Create & edit jobs, cases, invoices and companies. Create & edit employees and permissions. Update pricing plan.
  • Admin (Power User) → Create & edit jobs, cases, invoices and companies. Create & edit employees.
  • Limited (Limited Access) → Mobile site only. View their jobs only. Record job attempts and notes.
  • Contact (No Access) → Prevents the employee from logging in to update or view job status.

Autocompleted Document Titles

When you begin typing the title of the documents to be served, a list of previously entered papers will appear. If you have entered the title before, simply select it from the list, or enter a new title which will be saved for future jobs. This feature will save you valuable time while entering job data.

Server Selection on Attempts

New Service Attempts will pre-populate the process server field based on the job data you entered. You can change the process server on in-house jobs by selecting from a list of employees, or simply type a different name for jobs forwarded to a third-party.

Job Filters

We've implemented some new job filters which also work with the existing search field as well. For example, now you can view all open jobs for an employee by selecting Openand searching for the server name.

  • All → shows all jobs, sorted by newest created.
  • Open → shows everything except 'Closed' jobs, sorted by oldest due.
  • Closed → only shows jobs that have been closed, sorted by newest created.
