Search and Filter Your Jobs

Learn how to prioritize, schedule and find jobs that need attention, then archive jobs that are completed.

Archive(Close) Multiple Jobs

Select one or more jobs and choose Archive Jobs to close jobs that have been served, paid or otherwise completed.

Rush Priority

This new feature calls attention to high priority, rush jobs regardless of the due date. These jobs will appear at the top of the Open jobs list, and a "Rush" watermark appears on the fieldsheet.

Save Multiple Service Instructions

Now you can save Service Instructions for states, courts, clients, rush jobs, etc..

Advanced Search Filters

Just below the Jobs search field is a link(Search Filters) that will open additional filters which work in combination with the text search. These filters can be used to find jobs that may need your attention.

Job Activity

The Activity tab has been added to the Jobs menu. This new page displays current and past job activity, grouped by date and job number.

Statements by Date Range

Statements can now be generated for a company by date range.

Custom Labels on Addresses

When adding or editing an address on a company or job select "Enter Value" and a field will appear for a custom label.

Virginia Affidavits

We've added Virginia affidavits CC-1407 and DC-411.

Apply a Payment to Multiple Invoices

Navigate to the Invoices tab of a Client, then select Issued invoices to apply a payment for one or more invoices without opening each invoice.

Desktop Site for Limited Users

Limited users can now access the Desktop Site, while maintaining the same permissions and features as before.

Drop-Down Menu for Recipient Description

Save time and keep your data consistent by selecting recipient descriptions from the new drop-down menu.

Save Court Locations

Once a court is saved the court name will autocomplete when creating new jobs, which fills out all of the court location fields as well.

Affidavit Sharing

Now your Clients can view Affidavits in ServeManager. In addition to emailing affidavits, if two or more parties share jobs, you can select who can view individual affidavits.
